Big sets. Big teamwork. Big fun. Move This; It's Yours! is the ultimate physical challenge where contestants truly "earn" their winnings. In a giant studio course unparalleled in any other competition show, with intricate mazes, deep pools,　obscure hurdles, and all sorts of obstacles, teams must work together to move large objects across the finish line. Whatever they successfully move is theirs for the taking!

Three teams of four people will compete against each other in each episode. Team members may include families, friends or celebrities. To kick off the show, one member of each team must race to carry as many items from one side of the studio to another. Whoever carries the most items in 60 seconds will win 10 minutes in the obstacle course. Second place gets eight minutes and third will get only six minutes.

The teams then head to the giant obstacle course one by one, which is divided into sections. The team has only one minute to allocate the different sections to the team members - each team member must play in at least one section, and no one can stay on for the entire course. In some sections all four members will work together and in other sections only two members may be allocated. No matter how many members are there, they must strain their brains and muscles to work together. As they manage the course, the host will give humorous play-by-play commentary on the team's progress and struggles.

So what's at stake? An array of large objects with even larger price tags - big screen TV's, refrigerators, diamond rings, designer purses (don't be fooled, even "light" objects are attached to weights or other obstacles that make them difficult to move).
