Introduction :

Following up on their blockbusting hit "Maiko Haaaan!!!" in 2007 and then "No More Cry!!!" in 2009, Japan's premier cinematic trio of writer Kankuro Kudo, director Nobuo Mizuta and charismatic actor Sadawo Abe join forces again four years later for a completely new and original, knockout comedy epic, "The Apology King." After separating and following their respective paths, the trio have at last answered a chorus of calls for their "next collaboration," returning to the silver screen with a new film full of all-new gags and surprises.

Story :

Yuzuru Kuroshima is a professional "apologist." He deftly plies his trade of creative apologizing to mediate and resolve for a host of quirky clients everything from tiny personal squabbles to a full-blown international government crisis, reserving for the end an "ultimate apology" that transcends the down-on-your-knees, forehead-to-ground "dogeza".

People, time and events cross and intertwine in six separate cases to weave a single story with a powerful finish.
