"I'm Old Enough" Touches the Hearts of the Wives of ASEAN Dignitaries
Nippon TV's docu-entertainment program "I'm Old Enough" has been on air for more than 20 years and is popular with all ages in Japan.
Last month, during the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit held in Tokyo, the wives of Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Japanese dignitaries viewed an episode of "I'm Old Enough" while on the bus during their excursion to Mt. Fuji.
The high-profile ladies, which included the first ladies of Vietnam and Indonesia and Japanese first lady Akie Abe, were charmed by the heartwarming stories of kids going on their very first errands.
Nippon TV has sold "I'm Old Enough" as a completed program throughout the world including ASEAN countries. The UK, Italy, Vietnam, and China made their own versions of the program, which were also well-received by local audiences.
Nippon TV will broadcast a brand new episode of "I'm Old Enough" next Monday, January 13th at 7pm. For those of you in Japan, please tune in!!
