"Dragons' Den" Format Renewed for Seventh Season on ABC!
Spinoff Show Also a Huge Hit!
"Dragons' Den," Nippon TV's most successful format that has been remade in the USA and airs as "Shark Tank" on ABC, is the number one program on TV on Friday nights for the third season in a row among viewers aged 18 to 49! What's more, it has been renewed for a seventh season! A spinoff show titled "Beyond the Tank" will also air immediately after "Shark Tank" beginning this month. It follows entrepreneurs who previously appeared on "Shark Tank." Some went on to capture the American dream, while some did not. Follow their drama!
Since making its overseas debut ten years ago on the BBC, "Dragons' Den" has become a hit global franchise, having been sold in over 25 countries and regions. We at Nippon TV continue to have high expectations for this wonderful program and hope to see it capture many more hearts in many more places, including our neighbors in Asia.
