Three pairs of grandfathers and grandchildren compete one at a time in each 30-minute episode. Before the challenge, a pre-recorded segment is played that shows just how much the grandfather dotes on his grandkids, what kind of day-to-day issues the grandkids are facing, and how the grandfather hopes to make their lives better with the gifts he wins for them.

The "Wild Missions" are crazy, unpredictable and, above all, funny challenges, such as;
