Nippon Television Network Corporation (Nippon TV) proudly announces that two of its dramas received stellar recognition from two major awarding bodies.

JBA Awards
The Japan Commercial Broadcasters Association (JBA) established the JBA Awards in 1953 to promote the development of programs, commercials, and broadcasting technologies, as well as to champion the enhancement of broadcasting activity in the country. The JBA Awards is held once a year and recognizes the outstanding programs and accomplishments of JBA members, who are comprised of commercial broadcasters from all over Japan.

Tokyo Drama Award
The Tokyo Drama Award is held during the International Drama Festival in Tokyo and gives recognition to high-quality Japanese dramas that would be appreciated overseas. Judging is based on the criteria of marketability and commercial potential. Winners are selected from all the dramas that were broadcast over the past year. Personal prizes are also awarded to individuals in recognition of their outstanding performance.

International Drama Festival in Tokyo
The International Drama Festival in Tokyo is Japan's first international drama festival and brings together specialists and key players from film production companies and media-related organizations throughout the country, with the goal of promoting the overseas expansion of Japanese TV dramas.
