Sony-Honda electric vehicle goes on market
Sony Honda Mobility’s electric vehicle Afeela 1 made its debut in the United States on January 6.
The venture’s EV comes with a price tag of 89,900 dollars, or about 14 million Japanese yen.
Shipments will start in mid 2026.

The Afeela 1 is equipped with an interactive AI system, and riders can provide voice directions to destinations, display a relaxing image of a grassy field on the panel when the passenger says they want to relax, and more.
Passengers will also be able to enjoy karaoke, movies and other entertainment in the car.
The company plans to ship the car in Japan by the end of 2026.
