A bear made an appearance at a temple in Iwate Prefecture, northeastern Japan on April 2.

The video shows the bear wandering in the garden of the temple.

At least 20 reports of sightings of the animal had been reported before it was anesthetized with a blowgun and captured at 4:15PM.

The bear is believed to be about 2 to 3 years old, and will be released into the mountains.
