In a mock meeting held to discuss ways to boost the motivation of new employees, the following exchange took place:

Reporter: Could you share your thoughts on the idea of praising and nurturing employees to help them grow?

AI Female: Praising and nurturing new employees are an excellent idea Positive feedback motivates people and enhances their self-efficacy.

AI Male: Praising alone isn’t enough. Feedback is also essential for their growth.

The 3D characters are equipped with generative AI, offering the choice between a gentle female character and a strict male character to engage in deeper discussions.

The meeting room will be available for public use starting October 1.
