Toyota president apologizes to shareholders for improper model certification issue

At the shareholder meeting, President Sato Koji sincerely apologized to the shareholders for the issue of improper model certification, which is necessary for the mass production of vehicles.
A proposal for the appointment of a board of directors, including Chairman Toyoda Akio, which faced opposition but was approved by a majority.
