SMILE-UP., the company formerly known as Johnny & Associates, announced on August 26 that it has spun off its fan club business and established a new company.

Called FAMILY CLUB, the new company will take over the management of the fan club from October 2 of this year.

Family Club, which is currently operated by SMILE-UP., has been in existence since the days of the former Johnny & Associates and sold tickets to members and other activities.

SMILE-UP. says that the new company will provide the same services to members as before and will take over the handling of member’s registered personal information.

It also said that the personal information will be properly stored and managed in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
