The chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency was in Tokyo this week to discuss the government’s approach to the contaminated water crisis. In a meeting with the Chairman of the Nuclear Regulation Authority, he said the IAEA is ready to help Japan monitor levels of radioactive contamination in the ocean.
