Nuclear regulators have announced they are suspending the safety assessment for Tokyo Electric Power Company’s largest nuclear plant. They say the process to restart the Kashiwazaki Kariwa facility will remain suspended until TEPCO shows it’s able to handle the situation at Fukushima Daiichi.
