Anonymous ‘tuna fisherman’ helps orphans
An anonymous fisherman is bringing good news to orphans in Japan.
A person calling himself “Tuna Fisherman" sent a total of about 12,000 dollars to six orphanages in northern Aomori prefecture.
One of the orphanages received an envelope from a woman who left without giving her name.
The envelope contained cash and a letter signed by the fisherman saying, "This is part of what I earned from tuna fishing," and wishing the children good luck.
This is the fourth year in a row the orphanage has received cash from the mysterious, but good-hearted fisherman.
