A demon diver gave visitors a surprise at an aquarium in Osaka today (Monday).

A traditional spring festival called “Setsubun” takes place next week in Japan.

It’s a time when people throw roasted soybeans to drive away demons and bring happiness for the new year.

With the festival on its way, the demon diver is making regular appearances in the aquarium’s whale shark tank.

The underwater demon shows up three times a day until the festival is over.
