Fukushima fishermen test-land icefish
Fishermen in Fukushima, Japan are getting back on the water almost three years since the nuclear disaster.
The fishermen today (Wednesday) test-landed icefish. It’s one of 33 types of fish that have been found to have radiation levels within government safety standards.
A local fisherman says it’s a step in the right direction.
The fish will be shipped to Tokyo tomorrow (Thursday).
