    *Admission is free for junior high school students and under.
    *Disabled visitors admitted free of charge, with one attendant.
    *College students, high school students and disabled visitors must show their relevant student ID, proof of age or disability status document upon entry to the museum.
    *Students and faculty members at National Museum of Art Campus Member institutions may view this exhibition on specially priced tickets (students = 1,200 yen, faculty members = 2,100 yen). These tickets are available at The National Museum of Western Art Ticket Office.
    *Free entrance to the exhibition for high school students, 12 December (Thu.) - 27 December (Fri.), 2024 and 2 January (Thu.) - 17 January (Fri.), 2025, upon presenting student ID.
    *You can also see the permanent exhibition on the same day of viewing this exhibition. Timed-entry reservation not required for the Collection.​
    *Advance tickets are on sale from 12 June (Wed.) to 4 October (Fri.), 2024.

    * The number of schedule-specified tickets is limited. We apologize in case they are sold out.
    * At The National Museum of Western Art, schedule-specified tickets will only be sold on the day, with a limited number available for each time slot. However, you cannot specify your preferred time slot, as the available admission times will be announced in order. We recommend that you purchase tickets as far in advance as possible through the various ticket agencies, as sales may have ended by the time you arrive at the museum.
    *Tickets can be purchased up to 1 minute before the end of the designated admission time.
    E.g.) For the exhibition from 9:30-10:00, purchases can be made until 9:59
    * Please check the notes of the ticket agency for details on cancellations and changes of schedule-specified tickets.

    If you have purchased tickets (advance tickets, general tickets, special tickets) and free admission tickets, you may use them without specifying a date and time until the end of the exhibition.
    However, please note that you may be asked to wait for admission during busy times.

    If you are eligible for the following free admission, you do not need to specify the date and time.
    -Junior high school students and under (If the parent/guardian is in the applicable period when the date and time are specified, a schedule-specified ticket is required.)
    -Persons with mental or physical disabilities and one attendant
    -High school students visiting during the free entrance to the exhibition for high school students

    In addition, if you are eligible for a National Museum of Art Campus Member discount or have an expired free admission ticket (valid until 22 November) and are eligible for a discount, please purchase a schedule-specified / weekday ticket at the museum counter. The number of schedule-specified tickets is limited.
