Nippon Television Network Corporation (the Company) held a Board of Directors Meeting on May 14, 2009, approving changes of Representative Directors and Directors as listed below. These changes will become official upon approval at the 76th General Shareholders Meeting and following the Board of Directors Meeting to be held on June 26, 2009.

Reason for changes:
Due to the rapidly changing business climate, the Company aims to enhance business performance by strengthening the management foundation through a newly formed management structure.
