Posting Extraordinary Loss due to Transfer of Shares in Subsidiary
Nippon Television Network Corporation (NTV) announces that the transfer of all shares held in subsidiary company Nippon Television Football Club Co., Ltd. has been completed as of September 30, 2009. As a result, the following extraordinary loss will be posted for 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2009.
1. Purpose
All shares held in subsidiary company Nippon Television Football Club Co., Ltd. have been transferred to Tokyo Verdy Holdings Inc. in order to select and focus on our Group痴 management resources.
