At the Shanghai Television Festival, the largest international market for television programs where outstanding content from around the world are showcased, serial drama "I'm Mita, Your Housekeeper." produced by Nippon Television Network (NTV), won the Silver Award in the　"Foreign TV Series" category at The Magnolia Awards ceremony held in Shanghai on June 15, 2012.

The State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television (SARFT) and City of Shanghai, who are the sponsors of this festival, commented, "Unlike dramas we've seen in recent years, this one offers a rarely-seen, new perspective, and combined with the brilliant acting of each character, each episode has a notably high degree of completion. Considering the drama's quality, artistry and marketability, along with the drama's high viewer rating in Japan, this wonderful drama is well-worth the value of this award." Broadcast on NTV from October 2011, "I'm Mita, Your Housekeeper." set a viewer rating record of 40% for its final episode.
