日本テレビは、Zig Zag Productions Limitedが制作し、ITV（英・民放局）が放映したテレビ番組“Japandemonium”英国版で、日本テレビの番組の映像を使用されたことについて抗議しておりましたが、このたびすべての関係当事者が、秘密保持義務が課された友好的和解合意に達したことを共同で発表致します。和解合意では、ITVとZig Zagが、今後“Japandemonium”で日本テレビ作品を使用しないこと、また権利許諾の対象となる日本テレビの著作物を使用する場合には、ライセンス契約を締結した上で使用することに合意しました。

Nippon TV has complained about the use of clips from Nippon TV's works in the UK version of the television programme "Japandemonium" produced by Zig Zag Productions Limited and broadcast by ITV. All parties are happy to say that a confidential settlement agreement has been reached whereby ITV and Zig Zag have agreed to not in the future use Nippon TV's works in "Japandemonium" and that should they make any licensable use of any of Nippon TV's copyright works it will be subject to a licence agreement being in place.
